Physical AI Robotics Firm FASSTO Robotics Secures First Tranche of Pre-IPO Funding, Eyes Second-Half Listing Review

FASSTO Robotics, a physical AI and robotics solutions company, has secured the first tranche of its Pre-IPO funding round, the company announced on July 3. The amount was not disclosed.

A robotics technology fund jointly formed by Ion Asset Management, Cornerstone Investment Partners, and NH Hedge Asset Management led the round. Several follow-on investors are currently in discussions for additional participation.

FASSTO Robotics operates an integrated logistics stack built on its proprietary Fulfillment Management System (FMS), which unifies OMS, WMS, WES, RCS, and TMS into a single platform. The company holds Korea’s first Grade 1 Smart Logistics Center certification from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. More recently, FASSTO has been scaling a physical AI robotics business that combines autonomous mobile robots (AMR), automation equipment, and an AI-based WES—drawing on large-scale operational data accumulated through its fulfillment operations.

The company is advancing collaborations with major partners, including Hanjin, to enhance AMR-based warehouse operations. FASSTO is also preparing a North American robotics business alongside a global robot partner. The company expects tangible results to emerge from early 2027.

FASSTO Robotics plans to use the Pre-IPO proceeds to upgrade its AI-based WES, develop an integrated control solution for on-site robots, and expand key partnerships. The company has selected NH Investment & Securities as its listing underwriter and is preparing to file for a preliminary listing review in the second half of the year.
