Greyd, a Video Review Social Commerce Platform, Attracts Investment from CNTTECH

ARBAIM, the operator of the video review social commerce platform ‘Greyd,’ announced that it has attracted investment from CNTTECH. The investment amount was not disclosed.

ARBAIM’s ‘Greyd’ is a video-based content commerce platform that utilizes AI-based video review analysis technology to connect reliable content creation, distribution, and purchase conversion. Consumers can access immersive product information through verified review videos, and brands can conduct performance-driven influencer campaigns from content creation to distribution and analysis in one stop. This protects consumers from fake reviews and hidden advertisements, and also prevents platform user churn due to untrustworthy content. It also solves brands’ low conversion rate problems, resolving concerns for consumers, brands, and the platform alike.

Greyd has already conducted numerous video review-based global expansion campaigns targeting small and medium-sized Korean brands. In particular, through its unique short-form content and global SNS viral structure, it has secured many real-user reviews in a short period and connected them to purchase conversion and overseas distribution channels, leading to high satisfaction and re-contract rates from client companies.

ARBAIM’s average sales growth rate over the past two years has exceeded 300%, and in 2024, it successfully turned a profit, demonstrating financial stability. With future sales expansion and an increasing proportion of AI data solutions, a shift to a high-margin structure and economies of scale are expected.

Hyun-gyu Seol, CEO of ARBAIM, stated his ambition to “break the vicious cycle of distrust in e-commerce and create a sustainable platform where consumers, brands, and the platform all coexist.”
