TESOLLO Closes Series B and Launches IPO Process, Targeting 2027 Listing

TESOLLO, a South Korean specialist in multi-joint robotic hands, has officially launched its IPO process, selecting KB Securities as its lead underwriter with a target listing date of 2027 or later under the technology-exception listing track.

The move comes on the heels of a completed Series B round, with existing backers POSCO INVESTMENT,KB Investment, and Enlight Ventures all participating as follow-on investors. The round also brought in strategic investors from the industrial sector, including Daesung Hitech and HL Mando.

TESOLLO has built its competitive position around its Delto Gripper product line, targeting both industrial automation and the fast-growing humanoid robotics market. The company has commercialized humanoid robotic hands and multi-joint grippers based on proprietary in-house actuator technology, and is actively developing grasping and manipulation control algorithms alongside AI-driven hand dexterity systems. Its products are currently exported to 19 countries, including the United States, China, and Japan, with overseas sales now outpacing domestic revenue.

“Through the IPO, we will build a corporate foundation that global customers can trust and accelerate our expansion into overseas markets,” CEO Youngjin Kim said. “By strengthening our mass production capabilities and advancing our core technologies, we aim to grow into a global leader in the robotic hand sector.”
