MachineFlow, an AI coding startup, has raised seed funding from LG Electronics and Bluepoint Partners, a deep-tech accelerator.

AI Coding Startup MachineFlow Raises Seed Funding from LG Electronics, Bluepoint Partners

The investment follows MachineFlow’s spin-off as an independent legal entity through STUDIO341, a corporate venture program jointly operated by LG Electronics and Bluepoint Partners. The funding amount and post-money valuation were not disclosed.

MachineFlow is developing an enterprise AI coding agent platform that enables developers to design code logic directly through “Logic Graph” and leverage multiple coding agents, moving beyond conventional AI coding tools that simply deliver output without developer oversight.

CEO Bongsan Kim brings over 20 years of AI research and development experience at Samsung Electronics and LG Electronics, including tenure as a founding member of LG Electronics’ AI Research Institute and research work at the Machine Learning Lab at the University of Toronto.

AI coding has emerged as a major growth area in the global AI industry. SpaceX agreed this year to acquire Anysphere, the developer of AI coding tool Cursor, in a deal valued at $60 billion. Leading AI companies including OpenAI and Anthropic are shifting focus beyond individual agent performance to how multiple agents can be deployed and orchestrated in real-world development workflows.

MachineFlow’s platform allows developers to design a project’s core structure through Logic Graph and delegate more development tasks to AI coding agents based on that blueprint. Once a design and development pattern is established, it can be reused in subsequent projects. The company aims to create an enterprise AI multi-agent development environment that enables developers to build larger and more complex software faster alongside AI. MachineFlow plans to differentiate itself by extending into manufacturing and physical domains, incorporating development experience accumulated in those fields.

“MachineFlow is a team capable of preempting agent orchestration, a new critical domain, in an environment where AI agents are rapidly proliferating,” said Woojin Cha, principal investment officer at Bluepoint Partners. “We expect the company to grow into a core player building the next-generation AI agent ecosystem.”

“The next competition in AI coding will not be about better models, but about how to delegate development to AI and how to design that process,” said CEO Bongsan Kim. “We want MachineFlow to become the company that creates that new development paradigm.”

STUDIO341, launched in 2023 to discover corporate ventures carrying forward the founding spirit of Goldstar (LG Electronics’ predecessor), is a program in which Bluepoint Partners manages the entire process—from selection and incubation to spin-off—in partnership with LG Electronics.

Recent Manufacturing sector activity has seen AI-driven development platforms gain momentum. SECA raised seed funding from LG Electronics and Bluepoint Partners to automate hardware design workflows with an AI-for-EDA platform, while N.Light secured $9.8 million to scale Physical AI data infrastructure for manufacturing and robotics training.
